Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. A picture of the product if there are any damage would be helpful. Please raise a request within 5 days from the day of delivery.
We will accept the return only if the product is damaged during transit. I you insist on returning we can issue a pickup but a return charge will be levied depending on the weight of the product.
We won't issue a pickup for fragile cookware, if you want to return the cookware you can send it back to our address.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY COOKWARE THAT ARE USED.
Once the order is placed we do not accept any cancellations
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The soapstone pots do not come with a guarantee. I’m very sorry to say this but this is the nature of the pots. They are well seasoned before they reach you but it is also recommended that you keep them seasoned well to ensure it’s longevity.
