Maintain the shine
Utensils can be cleaned just like your other utensils. For bringing back the shine, follow the steps mentioned below:
-
01
Wash the utensil with only water to begin with.
-
02
Apply some Pitambari powder and scrub on all parts of the wet vessel.
-
03
If you don’t have Pitambari, use a mixture of 1 bowl of wheat flour (atta), 1 spoon of salt and 2-3 spoons of vinegar.
-
04
Rinse off the Pitambari or your home-made paste with water and wipe off any excess moisture.
I m so impressed with this Pure Bronze Saute Pan It heats evenly and retains heat exceptionally well, which makes cooking a breeze.
Positive: I loveee the bronze material. It's so smooth, solid, and very non-stick. It also looks so luxurious and the benefits are amazing.
Negatives: My casserole came with a weird bulge in the center, the lid doesn't fully fit, and the handles could have been covered in wood because I didn't think they'd get as hot as they did and I burned my hands. Teak wood handles on a brass frame handle would have been far better. The same goes for the brass knob on the lid. It gets even hotter than the glass! Having to always use a cloth to hold while stirring/cooking is annoying. But aside from this a beautiful base and lovelyyyyy size. Despite the distinct drawbacks, I find myself wanting to cook in it every day.
